What are the payment options?

We accept all common credit and debit card companies. Paypal is also an acceptable form of payment. Purchase must be paid in full before shipping. If failure to pay in full, customer's order will not be fulfilled.

What is your return policy?

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. If there is an issue with your product or delivery, please contact me via email or support link.

Do you sell gift cards?

Currently, no. But I can do gift shipping. During checkout, please use the "Add a note" option to indicate it is a gift. You can also add a short message to go with the gift.
*To ensure proper delivery please input the recipient's name and address for shipping. BUYER must put buyer's information for billing.

Is every item made in house?

Most of my products are. Any product (ie. sticker, notebook, etc.) that is outsourced for manufacturing, said third party will be indicated in the product's description.

Can I get tracking for my sticker?

Yes! I do offer tracking for stickers for an additional fee. Please purchase "tracking for stickers" BEFORE checking out. I cannot guarantee tracking for stickers after purchase as I try to send out orders the next day or sooner.

Where is my product?

If you have not received an email with shipping information by 3 days post purchase, please contact me via email or support link. Please add confirmation number.

If you have received tracking information, please contact your local post office. I cannot control what happens to the package after it is with the post office.

Note, all stickers, unless indicated otherwise, are shipped with a stamp and do not come with tracking information.
